Guild Structure There are eight guild ranks in Malice.
Guild Master – this is the guild leader. The guild leader works with the officers to ensure that Malice runs smoothly, efficiently and in a direction that furthers the goals of the guild. The Guild Master has final say on all matters.
Guild Council – The Guild Council supports and assists the Guild Master in all matters.
Officer – Officers are appointed at the Guild Master’s discretion to fill specific roles within the guild to meet guild needs and requirements. In addition to fulfilling the duties of their specific role, Officers serve as active leaders in the guild community, maintaining order if needed, bringing issues (both positive and negative) to the Guild Master’s attention, and participating with the Guild Master in discussion about the running, direction, and future of the guild and its members.
Officer Alt – This is a convenience rank for Officers' alt characters. Officers' alts have the same powers, authority, and abilities as Officers.
Raid Officer – Raid Officers include Raid Leaders and others appointed to assist in the smooth running of that each raid team. Appointment is subject to the approval of the GM. Raid Officers are required to be active and participating members of the raid team that they serve.
Raiders – Characters at this rank are part of the raiding teams.
Members – Characters at this rank are part of the general community.
Purgatory – Characters at this level are new, on trial, or are placed here for the security of the guild if they are currently inactive or their account is suspected of having been compromised. Alts Alts of those already in the guild are welcome. Send an officer a tell to invite your alt.
New Members Anyone new who would like to join the guild must be approved by the Guild Master and have a sponsor within the guild who is willing to vouch for him or her. Disputes, Concerns and Questions Raid and loot concerns should be taken first to the Raid Leader. If the Raid Leader cannot resolve the issue, it should be taken to the Guild Master. All other questions and concerns should be addressed to the Guild Master or an Officer. Any issue of a potentially delicate or inflammatory nature should be dealt with in private tells or in a private meeting on vent.
Conduct All members of Malice are expected to conduct themselves with decorum and maturity. Offensive, disruptive, and abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
