We take our raiding seriously however we do like to have fun. We are pretty laid back and keep a positive and friendly atmosphere. We do understand that people have lives outside of raiding, the guild, and the game and that real life does come first. That said, we do expect a level of preparedness and commitment from our raiders.
If you sign up for a raid, please be there. Please be on time. Please be ready to go. If you can't make the raid, if possible please drop someone a line to let us know.
Please be prepared. Be gemmed and enchanted. Know your role and your fights. Have potions. Have food. Take the time between raids to better yourself and your gear.
Please be considerate of others. Keep afks to a minimum. Be aware that there are nine other people in the raid with you. Do not waste our time, patience, and resources.
Please enjoy what you do, come prepared to have a good time, and have fun.

Loot Distribution in Raids Loot is distributed using a modified Suicide Kings system. In some cases certain items may be distributed at the Raid Leader's discretion.
BoP loot that no one can benefit from is disenchanted if possible. At the end of the raid the mats are placed into the vault for Raiders' use. If there is no Enchanter in the group, the pieces will be rolled for.
BoE loot that no one can benefit from goes to the guild vault for disposal at the Guild Master’s discretion.
Crafting mats that drop go to the guild vault to be distributed at the Guild Master’s discretion for creation of gear to support the raids.
Patterns that drop are distributed first to an officer who can use the pattern for the benefit of the guild. If any officer already knows the pattern, all those in the raid able to learn it are eligible to roll. If no one is able to use it, it goes to the guild vault for disposal at the Guild Master’s discretion. Winning a pattern does not cause suicide.
Rare drop loot such as mounts, pets etc. will be rolled for by all members of the raid. Winning one of these pieces of loot does not cause suicide.
